ABOUT US
Our company is a specialized manufacturer of rubber and resin automotive parts, possessing an integrated production system and quality assurance system that covers everything from planning, design, and development to manufacturing, inspection, and delivery. We design, develop, and produce a wide range of products, primarily molded rubber parts for automobiles, but also including resin parts and decorative parts.
Since our establishment in 1965, we have upheld the corporate philosophy of "The company is not mine, but its people," and have focused on human resource development. Under the management policy of "Customer First," we have strived to be a company trusted by our customers.
Going forward, we will continue to focus on human resource development based on the principle of "co-creation" and strengthen our organizational culture rooted in mutual trust among employees. As a development-oriented and proactive company, we will work together to create products that meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of our customers and respond to environmental changes.
BUSINESS
We specialize in the design, development, and production of a wide range of products, primarily molded rubber parts for automobiles, but also including resin parts and decorative parts.
We are committed to improving productivity on the production floor through ICT and IoT. In our new second factory, we have developed a system utilizing IoT technology that allows us to monitor the operating status, schedules, actual results, and progress of work processes of rubber molding machines on two 100-inch large-screen panels.
We have also introduced four 400-ton vertical vacuum rubber molding machines, large-scale equipment not found elsewhere, and are actively engaged in the development of new technologies.
LOGISTICS
Reliable inspection and planned delivery through our in-house logistics system
We have our own on-site distribution center. Products from both internal and external production sites are gathered here, undergo rigorous shipping inspections, and then are delivered to our customers.
