Message from the President
Aiming to be a "Development and Proposal-Oriented Company"
We are a specialized manufacturer of rubber and resin automotive parts with an integrated production system and quality assurance system from planning, design, and development to manufacturing, inspection, and delivery.
Established in 1965 as a cooperative factory of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (currently SUBARU Corporation), we have been striving to become a "company trusted by customers" under the management philosophy of "Customer First" while focusing on human resource development with the company motto "The company is not mine, but the people."
We will continue to work on human resource development based on the concept of "co-education," strengthen our organizational culture rooted in mutual trust among employees, and work together as a development-oriented company to create products that meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of our customers and respond to changes in the environment.
